At CatholicBrain, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, we are happy to offer a return within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are broken or damaged upon arrival.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Exchanges of non-broken or defective products

  • Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of the support team

  • Items can only be exchanged for items of equal value

    • Should the purchaser desire to exchange for something of greater value the purchaser will be required to pay the difference in price

  • Shipping will be at the purchasers expense 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at sales@catholicbrain.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

  2. Approval – Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. Shipping Costs – The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  4. Replacement or Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a refund based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged or defective.

  • Digital products or subscriptions.

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
