At CatholicBrain, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, we are happy to offer a return within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that are broken or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility for Exchanges of non-broken or defective products

Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of the support team

Items can only be exchanged for items of equal value

Should the purchaser desire to exchange for something of greater value the purchaser will be required to pay the difference in price

Shipping will be at the purchasers expense
Return Process

Contact Us – Email our support team at sales@catholicbrain.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

Approval – Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Costs – The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Replacement or Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a refund based on availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not damaged or defective.

Digital products or subscriptions.

Items returned after the 30-day window.
